| Title: | Head Coach Women's Soccer |
Jorge, originally from Mexico City, arrived in Canada in September 2023 to pursue studies in Social Service Community Work. He brings with him a strong background in soccer developed in Mexico, both as a player and coach.
Shortly after arriving in Canada, Jorge competed with the NBCC men’s soccer team, capturing a championship during the winter season. That experience opened the door for his transition into coaching, beginning with youth development roles with Codiac Soccer.
In the summer of 2024, Jorge was appointed Head Coach of the Junior Varsity boys’ team at Harrison Trimble High School, an opportunity that further expanded his presence in the local soccer community. His work with the JV program led to additional coaching roles across multiple age groups with both Sport Dome and Codiac Soccer during the fall of 2024, solidifying his involvement in grassroots and developmental soccer in the Moncton area.
For the summer of 2025, Jorge returned as Head Coach of the Harrison Trimble High School program while also stepping into the role of Assistant Coach with the Crandall University women’s soccer team.
Since joining Crandall, Jorge has felt a deep sense of pride and fulfillment in representing the university, approaching the role with passion, commitment, and competitive spirit. He feels truly blessed by the opportunity to contribute his knowledge, experience, and values to the Crandall community and looks forward to continuing to serve the program and the institution with excellence.
