Chargers Drop Four-Set Match to Holland
The Crandall Chargers battled through four competitive sets Sunday afternoon but ultimately fell 3–1 to Holland at the MCCE in Charlottetown, PE.
After dropping the opening two sets, the Chargers responded with a strong effort in the third before Holland closed out the match in a tight fourth set.
Holland took early control with wins in the first two sets, 25–21 and 25–16, using consistent pressure to build momentum. Crandall answered in the third set, bouncing back with a 25–22 win by tightening up defensively and capitalizing on key points late.
The fourth set was tightly contested throughout, with both teams trading momentum. The Chargers stayed within reach down the stretch, but Holland edged out a 26–24 decision to secure the match.
