Chargers Fall to St. Thomas at Home

The Crandall Chargers were unable to find sustained momentum, falling in a straight-sets loss (25–18, 25–20, 25–18) to St. Thomas on November 16th at Crandall University.

St. Thomas controlled the tempo early, using efficient attacking to build leads in each set. Crandall battled to stay within range, particularly in the second set, but the visitors closed out key points to maintain control throughout the match.

Charlie Benoit led the Chargers offensively with 12 kills, providing consistent pressure from the pin. Jolie Allain added five kills and three digs, while Emma Visser contributed four kills and six digs. Hailey Legacy and Brianna Tingley worked hard at the net, combining for multiple block assists and defensive touches.

Setter Kallie Woodworth guided the offense with 21 assists, while Amy Le Blang anchored the back row with eight digs, helping extend rallies against a disciplined St. Thomas attack.

Despite the result, the Chargers continued to compete through all three sets and gained valuable experience against a strong St. Thomas side.

The Chargers will look to regroup and build consistency as they prepare for their next matchup.
