Jan 29, 2026

The Crandall Chargers are excited to welcome Amelie Pinno as the newest member of the women’s basketball program for the upcoming season. The 5’7” Guard will pursue a major in Psychology. Pinno chose Crandall University for its strong liberal arts focus and small class sizes that support academic success, along with the positive and welcoming culture of the coaching staff and players in the women’s basketball program. Head Coach Jonathon Thorpe added, “She is a hard-working, defensive minded physical player and a high-character individual who will positively add to our already strong team culture.” The Chargers look forward to the impact Amelie will make both on the court and within the Crandall community.
