Chargers Welcome Maya Clapperton To The Women's Soccer Program

Crandall University is pleased to announce the commitment of Maya Clapperton to the Chargers Women's Soccer program. Maya is a goalkeeper from Hilden, Nova Scotia were she played for the South Colchester Academy and the Highland FC.

Maya will be pursuing a degree in Psychology. On the pitch, Clapperton was a team captain whose strengths include shot stopping, diving, persistence and dedication. Off the field she enjoys playing sports with friends and volunteering.

What brought Maya to Crandall? "I chose Crandall because I wanted smaller class sizes and the chance to establish relationships with other students and my professors. I also really liked the people that I met there and the positive environment."
